Refund policy

TWe have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused and without wear, with the respective labels and in the original packaging. You will also have to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about the shipping method and the place where you should send your package. Items that are returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems


Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has defects, is damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it.


Exceptions/items that cannot be returned


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, liquids or flammable gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure that you receive the items you want is to return the item and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase of a new item.


14-day cancellation period of the European Union


Regardless of what is mentioned above, if the items are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without obligation to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the conditions in which you received it, unused and without wear, with the respective labels and in the original packaging. You will also have to present the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds


We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and we will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund.
